I went to AOK today to report my daughter's insurance status to the university. The AOK team was super nice on the phone, explained everything well and told me I could come at any time. Said and done. Again I was welcomed in a very friendly and helpful manner. The form was created immediately. It couldn't be better. This makes dealing with authorities fun. There is a press article in which a seriously ill person had to fight for years in court with the AOK Regensburg in order to receive the money he was legally entitled to. Even after the court ruled in favor of the seriously ill patient, AOK Regensburg continued to delay payment. They probably only paid when the press investigated.
